I started my career at Subway® as a Sandwich Artist™ almost 3 years ago, I am now Store Manager for a company that owns and operates many Subway® Franchises. Although there are lots of different roles and opportunities within Subway®, Franchisees can run their business differently. I have been very lucky to have a supportive Management Team who guided and encouraged me to succeed. You will deliver exceptional customer service and be the reason customers keep coming back.
You will take new or less experienced employees under your wing and supervise daily operations.
You will support the Store Manager and provide first class customer service and operational excellence.
You will be primarily responsible for the success of your store and for leading your team to achieve their goals.
You will oversee several stores, working with individual store managers to set performance goals.
